We know just how hard and time consuming it is to find that perfect Fresno wedding location, or Fresno wedding reception venue.  Let's face it, you've got a job, and little time to drive around looking at venues, let alone setting up appoints just to find out that the venue is just not what you were looking for.  With years of experience in the local wedding industry covering Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Modesto, Hanford, Yosemite and the entire Central Valley, we already know the who's who of venues, and where the Valley's premier wedding locations, and ceremony sites are located.

We don't want to let you down, or be ashamed of the venues we refer to you.  Therefore, sometimes we will post the reviews from brides and grooms just like you about certain venues who have established either excellent reputions, or otherwise.

Questions To Ask A Potential Wedding Venue:

  1. How many weddings, and events do you do each year? 
  • How many events will you be doing on my selected wedding date? 
  • Can your facility and staff handle more than one event on my selected wedding date, or will my event, and guests not get your full attention on my wedding date?

  2.   What items do you provide as part of the rental package?

  •  Are linens included?
  •  Are napkins, flatware, plates, and glasses included?
  •  Is setup, and breakdown provided by your staff at no extra charge?

  3.   What fees will be included in the final contract and bill? For example all taxes, gratuities, etc.?

  •  How will any additional costs at the end of my event be handled by you and your staff should more guests show up than expected for example?

  4.   Do you offer your own catering, or can I use an outside catering serivce?
